Overview

I’m Olivia (she/her), a licensed social worker who believes therapy works best when you feel truly seen and understood. I take an eclectic, humanistic approach, meaning I draw from different therapeutic styles and focus on the whole person — your experiences, your strengths, and the context you’re living in.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or a lingering sense that something “just isn’t right,” I offer a safe, collaborative space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface and move toward clarity and relief.

In our work together, you can expect authenticity, warmth, and practical guidance. I integrate cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness-based tools, and person-centered techniques while staying flexible and responsive to your goals. My aim is to help you identify patterns, build coping skills, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself so you can create lasting, meaningful change. If you’re looking for a therapist who’s down-to-earth, collaborative, and genuinely invested in your growth, I’d love to connect.

I am licensed in Maryland (#31493) and work under the supervision of Stephanie Brown-Gilbert (#18387)
