Hello, I’m Lauren (she/her)! I graduated from Longwood University with a graduate degree in counseling and I have jumpstarted my passion for mental health. I currently am a Resident in Counseling, licensed in VA, and I enjoy working with diverse people. I love DBT and Narrative therapy, as I value the stabilization that DBT gives with answering bigger questions with Narrative. Hope to see you in session!
