Ben (he/him) is Master's level therapist who specializes in exploring identity, self-understanding, and the many facets that shape who we are. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), they help clients approach different parts of themselves with curiosity, compassion, and greater understanding. Their style is affirming, strengths-based, and collaborative, creating a space where clients can feel supported in discovering and embracing their authentic selves. They believe that meaningful growth often comes from recognizing the strengths already within us and learning to relate to ourselves in new ways.
