Frequently asked questions
How much does Allswell cost my clients?
Allswell is currently in-network with Maryland Medicaid, Cigna, United Healthcare, and CareFirst. For all other clients, our pay schedule is as follows. $175 for a 1:1 intake session, $125 for follow-on 1:1 sessions, and $40 for a group therapy session.
How do Allswell therapy groups work?
We'll match your client with a group of 6-10 peers and 1 dedicated provider, based on shared interests and identities. The group will meet for 8 weeks and follow a strict clinical model focused on reducing anxiety, depression, and trauma using an innovative Affirmative CBT approach developed by Allswell's lead clinical advisor, Mike Parent.
Who are the therapists that lead the sessions?
All our therapists are carefully vetted by our lead clinical advisor, Dr. Mike Parent. They include LCSWs and LMFTs, each with a master’s degree and specialized training in supporting LGBTQ+ communities.
