Ny'Kerra Armstead

I am Ny’Kerra Armstead, LMSW (she/her) with a Masters and Bachelors degree in Social Work. I take passion in supporting individuals that are navigating dating and relationships additionally with individuals that are navigating self-esteem and self-worth. My style is warm, compassionate, collaborative and judgment free. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be yourself and be honest while feeling understood.  I use approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to help you better understand yourself, strengthening, relationships, and create meaningful change.
