Jillian is an affirming therapist who uses an Adlerian lens to understand how clients’ daily choices reflect a desire for connection, support, and community. She draws from an integrative framework, incorporating mindfulness practices and trauma-informed care to strengthen clients’ capacity for growth. Jillian fosters a respectful, collaborative space that encourages honest dialogue, self-expression, and healing. She is committed to recognizing how each client’s identities shape their experiences while supporting them in working through challenges and moving toward acceptance and fulfillment. Outside the therapy room, she enjoys hiking, camping, traveling to national parks, watching documentaries, listening to podcasts, socializing, and visiting her midwestern hometown.
