Taylour Jones, MA, LGPC (she/her) is a trauma-informed therapist who specializes in trauma and PTSD, EMDR, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, identity exploration, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and sports performance. She works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, providing affirming care for individuals of all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, and those navigating diverse relationship structures and life experiences. Taylour earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University, a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Trauma-Informed Care from the University of Baltimore, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rider University.
Taylour believes therapy works best when you don't have to filter who you are. Her style is warm, collaborative, and genuine, creating a space where clients feel comfortable showing up as their authentic selves while also being challenged to grow. She blends evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, and psychodynamic therapy with curiosity, compassion, and a touch of humor when it fits. Whether clients are healing from trauma, navigating relationships, or working through life's inevitable ups and downs, Taylour meets them where they are and coaches alongside them as they build insight, resilience, and lasting change.
