Fallon Jones (she/her) is a therapist with experience grounded in trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing (MI) and mindfulness practices. Over the years, Fallon has had the opportunity to work with with teens, young adults, and adults working through depression, stress, adjustment, managing life events, and building and managing healthy relationships. Fallon believes in the power of creating a safe and supportive environment that allows each person the opportunity to open up, create space, and work through life circumstances that may be creating a barrier to daily joy.
