Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, and supporting LGBTQ+ and diverse communities. She uses a strengths-based, trauma-informed and collaborative approach, and endeavors to create a safe, judgement free space for clients to feel heard and gain practical tools to navigate challenges and create meaningful change in their lives.
