Jessye Heyrana (she/her) is a mental health clinician who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and everyday emotional challenges. She holds a graduate degree in counseling and provides trauma-informed, affirming care grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, and person-centered therapy. Jessye has experience supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals and focuses on helping clients build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop greater self-compassion. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and authentic, creating a supportive space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
