Adrienne Walker (she/her) is a compassionate therapist, coach, and wellness advocate with deep roots in community-based care and trauma-informed practice. She supports individuals and families—particularly those navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and identity exploration—through a holistic and affirming approach. Adrienne has a specialty in working with LGBTQ+ communities, clients in kink and polyamorous relationships, and those seeking to strengthen intimacy, communication, and connection. She offers safe, judgment-free care that honors the complexity of diverse relational and personal experiences.

Adrienne’s integrative approach draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), family systems, somatic practices, inner-child work, Parts Work/Internal Family Systems (IFS), and spiritual direction. She blends evidence-based techniques with compassionate presence, guiding clients toward self-leadership, emotional resilience, and deeper connections. Her strengths-based lens helps people tap into their inner resources and create meaningful, lasting change.

With over a decade of experience across clinical, educational, and advocacy spaces, Adrienne has supported women of color, youth, and families through residential treatment, crisis support, and case management. As founder of A Walk With Wellness Inc., she has developed programs that center healing, self-discovery, and emotional growth.
