About Allswell
Therapy is our love language
Allswell is a virtual therapy practice built for LGBTQ+ people and the communities that support them. Our therapists specialize in trauma-informed, affirming care, and they come to this work with a real understanding of the experiences LGBTQ+ people may carry into a session. That means less time explaining yourself, and more time on what actually brought you to therapy.

"I love working at Allswell because it feels truly aligned in a way that's hard to find. There's something powerful about being part of a space intentionally created for the LGBTQ+ community, where both clients and providers can show up
authentically and feel understood. The supervision is incredibly supportive and thoughtful, and I've really valued the opportunity to grow alongside a team that's building something meaningful and needed."

How is it different than just seeing a regular LGBTQ-affirming therapist?
Allswell goes beyond individual therapy by combining expert LGBTQ+ care with the power of community. Our approach is evidence-backed, using clinically proven methods like Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) tailored for LGBTQ+ experiences. Every provider undergoes rigorous training to ensure the highest standard of affirming, trauma-informed care. Unlike traditional therapy, Allswell also offers peer support groups, so you can heal alongside others who truly understand your journey. With Allswell, you’re not just getting therapy—you’re joining a movement designed to help you heal faster and feel less alone.
How are Allswell providers trained and vetted?
All Allswell providers identify as members of the LGBTQ+ community or have significant experience working with the LGBTQ+ community, and hold a master's degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy. They undergo rigorous cultural inclusivity training and are required to meet strict continuing education standards to stay current with best practices in LGBTQ+ mental health care. In addition, each provider is trained in evidence-based approaches to trauma and identity-focused care, ensuring that every therapist at Allswell delivers affirming, high-quality support tailored to your unique needs.
Are your therapy sessions confidential?
Yes! Allswell prioritizes your privacy and security. We use a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system with top-tier safety protocols to protect your information. Everything you share in therapy stays confidential, with only a few exceptions required by law—such as if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. Your trust is essential, and we are committed to creating a safe, private, and affirming space for your healing journey.
