Casie is a trauma-informed therapist, holistic health practitioner, and mindfulness guide who creates a grounded, compassionate space for healing and self-discovery. She supports adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, and relationship challenges, helping clients return to authenticity and emotional balance. Casie’s approach is inclusive, affirming, and rooted in the belief that we all hold the innate capacity to heal.
Casie’s integrative work blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based therapy, somatic awareness, and trauma-focused CBT. Drawing from her background in both clinical practice and holistic wellness, she bridges evidence-based care with intuitive understanding—helping clients reconnect to the body, reframe limiting patterns, and restore inner harmony.
With experience across crisis response, school-based therapy, and community wellness, Casie brings a calm, intuitive presence to her work. She believes therapy is a collaborative journey—one that invites curiosity, compassion, and courage as we come home to ourselves.
Casie is a licensed master social worker (#26491) working under supervision of Stephanie Brown-Gilbert (#18387).
