Cole Smith, LMSW, MAG (he/him), is a licensed social worker and gerontologist with a passion for helping people feel seen, supported, and understood. His areas of interest include LGBTQ+ and identity-affirming care, aging and life transitions, grief and loss, caregiver support, dementia, and navigating serious illness and end-of-life experiences.Cole brings a warm, person-centered, strengths-based approach to his work. With a background spanning social work, gerontology, respiratory therapy, and end-of-life care, he understands that people are more than the challenges that bring them to therapy. His style is compassionate, curious, collaborative, and grounded in humor and authenticity. He works to create a space where clients can show up as their whole selves, explore what matters most to them, and move toward lives that feel more meaningful and authentically their own.
