Jordan O’Donnell, LPC (she/her) is a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist with the goal of empowering individuals to better understand themselves and build on existing strengths to reach their personal goals. She takes an empathetic, client-centered approach to therapy in order to create a safe space for personal exploration. Jordan integrates Acceptance and Commitment therapy, person-centered, and narrative approaches in order to support clients with a variety of needs, including gender and sexuality exploration, relationships, and self-esteem. Her style is curious, warm, and humor-forward to support connection and comfort in the therapy process. Jordan was raised in a small Midwest town and obtained her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. She recognizes the impact of family and religious trauma on the way we think about ourselves and how we move forward in the world.
