Connor Gordon, CTO & Co-Founder

Connor Gordon (he/him) was born in Dallas, Texas, and now lives in Los Angeles, California. Connor has a B.S. in Computer Science from Duke University and brings over a decade of experience in software development and product management, having worked at companies including Microsoft, Redfin, and Scout, where he helped build and scale new ventures from the ground up.

Today, Connor is the co-founder of Allswell, where he focuses on expanding access to LGBTQ+ mental healthcare through innovative, community-driven solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking around Los Angeles, volunteering in LGBTQ+ advocacy, and spending time with friends at the beach. He unwinds by exploring LA’s diverse food scene—or cooking a classic Tex-Mex dish inspired by his hometown.
