Maddie (they/them) is a Queer and Trans operations specialist with a background in patient care and advocacy. They have supported disabled and chronically ill patients through their work at Neura Health and One Medical, as well as provided affirming care for the full LGBTQIA+ spectrum across multiple practices. Originally from Philadelphia and now based in Brooklyn, Maddie specializes in supporting health startups and is passionate about advancing equitable, accessible healthcare that centers patient wellbeing.

Outside of their professional work, Maddie is a private chef, painter, and active community worker. They can often be found at their local gardening or art center, building connections and creating spaces for care and creativity.
