Liz takes a warm, supportive, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. She incorporates cognitive-behavioral strategies, insight-oriented work, and strengths-based approaches to help you better understand patterns, manage anxiety & stress, and build effective coping & emotional regulation skills. Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you are used to handling things on your own. Liz’s goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported while working toward meaningful and lasting change.
