Connor Gordon (he/him) was born in Dallas, TX, and currently lives in Los Angeles, CA. With over 10 years of experience in software development and product management, Connor has worked at companies like Redfin and Scout, where he helped build and scale new ventures from the ground up. Now, as the co-founder of Allswell, he is focused on expanding access to LGBTQ+ mental healthcare through innovative, community-driven solutions. When not building his startup, Connor enjoys hiking the scenic trails around Los Angeles, volunteering in LGBTQ+ advocacy, or spending time with friends at a backyard barbecue. His favorite way to unwind is by exploring LA’s diverse food scene or cooking up a Tex-Mex dish from his hometown.
